To manipulate the concept map, first click on the nodes at the center of the map to "explode" them. Then click on a node to move it. Use the locality and zoom sliders to increase or decrease the extent of the map (if these sliders aren't visible, maximize this window).

Click on a node and drag away from it to add a new node and edge. Drag a line between two nodes to add an edge only. To add a node only, right-click on a blank area of the canvas and select "Add new node."

To view different perspectives on the concept space shown above, click the icons at the upper right, under the heading "Graph Details".

Right-click on a node and select "Show details" to view metadata. To return to the main control panel (showing the icons for different perspectives), right-click on a blank area of the canvas and click "Show map details."
